Brett Moran is an author, life coach, yoga instructor and transformational leader. I highly recommend you check out the video I have added below.
This gratitude exercise was fun and gave me a boost at the end of the day. Being grateful is one of those things that seems intuitively easy but somehow it can be a challenge to slow down and take the time to do it. In this case, “doing it” means really getting in there and experiencing the warm, beautiful feeling of gratitude (not just running through a list of things in your head). There is really nothing better than the feeling of gratitude washing over you.
After watching this, I’ve decided to commit to performing four gratitude breaks a day for the next seven days. I will record my experience and share it with you. Join me?! I’d love to hear about your experiences!
*Note: I do not know Brett or have any rights to this video, I just found it on YouTube and wanted to share it with you. After checking out his YouTube videos and his website, I really like his down to earth, happy, and positive approach.
