Hi there, I’m Akiko. I support people who aren’t sure about what’s next in their lives. They are confused and sometimes frustrated because they want to live happy and fulfilling lives but are held back from taking action because they don’t know what’s possible, what they really want, or how to make it happen. By helping them to gain a specific understanding of their desires in the six key components of a fulfilling life and to create a transformative plan that breaks through any of the barriers that hold them back, I help them to feel more certain and to go after the life they desire.

I’m so very glad you are here. Let me start out by telling you something you have heard before but that you really need to believe.
You are incredible and you’ve got this.
You are entirely capable of tremendous happiness and success in the next stage of your career or business. Getting the help of a coach will make this easier and maybe even more fun!
Put simply, coaching is a process that aims to make behavioural changes easier and focuses on the present rather than on the distant past or future.
There is a difference between teaching someone and helping them to learn. In personal coaching, fundamentally, the coach is helping the individual to reach her/his goals and in so doing, improve her/his life. This means, helping her/him to learn.
Working with me can lead to:
- Feeling less awkward, flustered, panicked, and better in your own skin
- Expressing yourself more clearly and confidently
